Launched in autumn 2002, Howes Etc continues to be a major Rugby League management agency on both sides of the world.

The 2016 campaign Down Under is marked by current England hooker Josh Hodgson entering his second season with vastly-improved NRL club Canberra Raiders, having earned rave reviews in his debut season.

Former Widnes player Paul Devlin also enters his second NRL season with Parramatta Eels in the vital role of Head Conditioner.

On the NRL coaching front, Gold Coast Titans Assistant Coach Rohan Smith, son of Wakefield Trinity Wildcats Head Coach Brian, has joined the Howes Etc stable.

Meanwhile in the Queensland Cup, former Head Coach and TV pundit Shaun McRae enters his third campaign as CEO of Tweed Heads Seagulls.

Clients in Super League

In Super League, Howes Etc has a major influence at Hull FC, representing captain Gareth Ellis, who celebrated an RFL Testimonial for services to the game in spring 2015, plus emerging pack stars Scott Taylor, Jordan Thompson and Liam Watts.

Among other Super League clients are Ben Crooks and Matt Cook at Castleford Tigers and Eorl Crabtree at Huddersfield Giants.

In the highly competitive Championship, key clients include centre Greg Worthington and Australian prop Dayne Weston at promotion favourites Leigh Centurions.

Their rivals for going up are Bradford Bulls, who lost the Million Pounds Game at the end of the 2015 season. Howes Etc clients include Head Coach James Lowes and second row man Tom Olbison.
